Refund Policy
At Artifex Supply, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options in case you need to return an item.
Eligibility for Refund
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging
- Refunds are available for physical products (puzzles, prints) but not for digital downloads (wallpapers)
Custom Puzzles & Personalized Products
Please note that custom puzzles, including personalized and customized items, are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of custom prints and the fact that these puzzles are individually produced to a specific order. Once an order for a custom puzzle has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
We recommend reviewing custom orders carefully before submitting them to ensure they meet your specifications and expectations.
Digital Products
Digital wallpaper downloads are non-refundable once purchased, as they are immediately available for download. Please review product previews carefully before purchasing.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return
- Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that orders arriving damaged are eligible for a free replacement only. Refunds are not provided for damaged items.
